To celebrate a 10-year partnership with our client, I designed an interactive digital archive that documents our shared history. This platform provides a "behind-the-scenes" look at a decade’s worth of work, detailing our creative processes, the teams involved, and the key experts behind each success. It serves as both a high-level portfolio for stakeholders and a comprehensive roadmap of our project methodologies.
Goal & Status
Our goal was to demonstrate our deep healthcare expertise at a major industry event while creating a powerful onboarding resource for new team members. The archive is currently live and available to both the client and our internal teams.
Process
Visual Designs
My work involved designing multiple pages to showcase projects, capture key learnings, detail processes, and track timelines. I focused on building a cohesive narrative by creating connections between projects, illustrating the full development journey with all its milestones, insights, and challenges. This structured approach is vital for both external communication of our strengths and internal review of our project history and processes
Prototype
I defined and designed a full suite of documentation pages, spanning project showcases, timelines, processes, and learnings. The core effort involved building inter-project connections to visually map the complete journey, highlighting milestones and roadblocks. This system serves a dual purpose: it effectively showcases our strengths and provides a mechanism to efficiently backtrack and audit our processes.
