About
I designed and implemented an enterprise data platform that automatically unifies and processes data in large batches from every organizational source (files, APIs, SaaS, and events). The system's primary function is to clean, standardize, and reconcile high-volume, disparate data, providing reliable information to downstream users. This significantly reduced data errors and guaranteed accuracy without interrupting existing business operations.
Goal & Status
Our goal is to complete the development of this platform and use it to permanently retire inefficient, legacy data systems that currently handle partner data. By migrating these processes to our new, high-speed platform, we are increasing our data processing efficiency and saving operational costs. All design and planning phases are complete, and development is currently active.
Process
Visual Designs
Dashboard
The dashboard gives users a quick snapshot of all active and completed processes — including rejects, failures, and client-specific data flows. It enables efficient tracking, record searches, and performance insights at a glance. Designed for clarity, it simplifies complex data operations into actionable overviews.
Configure
This module is where every process begins — a structured five-step journey from creating fields and functions to building layouts and final mappings. It allows users to define how data is fetched, transformed, and connected across systems. Each configuration seamlessly adapts to client-specific requirements.
Admin
The admin panel serves as a detailed log and audit center, capturing the history and results of every process. Users can deep dive into individual logs to view fetched data, identify failures, and reconcile records in real time. It ensures complete transparency and traceability across the platform.
